The project takes its name from the plural form of the Italian word “nesso”, meaning connection and continuity—a direct reference to the harmonious meeting between the tabletop and the solid wood structure.

The table’s defining feature is its supports, characterized by soft, embracing forms designed to create a seamless dialogue with the tabletop and convey a refined balance between solidity and visual lightness. The flowing lines, rounded corners, and the natural materiality of the wood enhance the project’s modern and contemporary character, making Nessi an elegant and instantly recognizable table.
